Accessing 3CX Database is safe or not

HI Team,

As we are developing 3rd party tool which is used for getting call reports. So we would like to integrate with 3CX Data base to fetch the data. But we need to confirm is it possible to integrate the 3rd party tool with 3CX DB?

And also give me the another ways to get customized call reports from 3CX.

If you need to report every single call in the system, you should configure 3CX to generate CDRs, and then import them into your database.

If you use the CRM integration with databases, you need to be aware of the following:

1. Only calls from or to external numbers are logged. Calls between extensions are skipped.
2. The integration needs that you configure the contact lookup SQL statement. This needs to return a valid contact. Only calls from and to contacts returned by the database will be logged.
