Solved accessing PnP url returns a 404 error

Hi guys,

I followed page https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t5-series/#h.h6ekadsfo11g
and confirmed the 3CX server notified a PnP url to the yealink SIP phone, the url is

http://192.168.2.72:5000/provisioning/mvgwtbruj7o1zm/

192.168.2.72 is where 3CX server located in
however, the access to this url get a 404 error response, why?

There are no files served at that address, that's why you get 404.

You are not meant to click on that URL, you are instead supposed to provide it to the phone as per this guide if you want to manually provision it: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/manually-provision-yealink/
