Account settings in Windows APP

When I run the configuration, the settings of the Account is taking only the Public IP of the PBX. Which means that I can use the Windows APP only on the Public IP when I am outside office.
How Can I configure it to take the internal IP when I am inside office and the Public IP when I am outside office

Hello,

Go and change your settings of your extension under Provisioning, 3CX app.

Select the network interface that shows your private IP and then press OK.

Now simply reprovision your client, and you will notice that it has both paths.
