acknowledge transfer chat to other agent.

Well this is more of an idea/feature request.

When you transfer an incoming web chat to a other agent it would be verry usefull if you can add some tekst en receive acknowladgement when the other agent picks up the chat.

Also maby the ability to transfer a chat to a other queue.

Currently on my company this is a bit of a problem one agent transfer the chat to a other agent who is nog in or does not have time to pickup the chat.

just like you can transfer attended phone call
