Active Directory Download

Ok, I've had this issue for years. I import from active directory successfully all the time, however the "Mobile" field does not import. I have users mobile numbers in ADUC->Telephones->Mobile. The strange thing is if I go to Advanced options in 3CX and change the LDAP attribute to homePhone it will fill in the Mobile number in the import when I have a Home number in ADUC->Telephones->Home. I think there must be a bug in the software. Here are some screenshots for proof. I've tried on a Server 2012 R2 DC and a Server 2008 R2 DC
