add callednum to 3cxphone parameters

hello.
i using the 3cxphone for 12.
when call incoming its opening some little program that i did and send this parameters to it:
%CallerNumber%:%CallerDisplayName%
its work very good.
but i very want to add the callednum to send parameters like caller number, is this possible in 3cx phone?
if not, does i can replace the callsernumber and add to it the called num?
