Add Contact to Company Phone Book via WebAPI Call

Hi there,

We have employees fill out a hiring packet using JotForm which is an online form system; we would like to have it automatically add their name and phone number to the 3CX Company Phone Book via a WebAPI call or something. I can have JotForm do a web call to a php script, is there a way to have a php script communicate with 3CX and have it enter the phone number into the phone book?

Hello Jeff,

Unfortunately that's not possible at the moment. There is no web API to change the 3CX configuration.
