We use a Management system to deploy android phones in Kiosk mode and would like to add the 3CX app to these phones. But...

as they use an enterprise account, there is no access to the Google Play Store and in order to add the app to the management system we need the APK. Is there a download for it?

An APK is not provided. The 3CX app should be downloaded directly from the Play store.
