Add new Participants to a Webmeeting

on the Website of 3cx there is a Feedback Formular were user can Register themselves to a 3cx Webinar.

i would like to provide such a feature to our Website to. how can i add new participants to a webninar?

I'm looking for the same functionality but I haven't found it yet.

This is the registration window that pops up when you click on the register link.
