Add people to call by name without recording name

I have a large number of people that i would like to add to call by name. The users have not recorded there Name (Vmail -9 -5) is there anyway outside of going around to each and every user to add them into the call by name list?

it uses this to identify which extension you are going to if there are multiple names that are similar. it doesn ot seem to do this if there is only 1 name like that.
ie: For Chris Reilly, press 1; for Christine Smith, press 2.

Maybe you could maybe do it remotely from the server with premade wav files
they are here:
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Voicemail\Data\ext\self_id_prompt.wav

I think they need to be 8bit Mono.
