Add possibility to "Run external application" on outgoing calls

Hello,

to implement 3CX as our new phone system, we need the possibility to run external applications (which starts a batch in our case) on outgoing calls, too, as we need to open our OTRS URL with the %CallerNumber% parameter.

We are using the 3CX Desktop App Version:18.8.508 and incoming calls are being treated just fine, just the outgoing calls integration is missing.

thanks but that would require us to use a CRM template what means a lot of work needs to be done. It would be great, if there would just be an option to add running external apps on outgoing calls in the near future.

We have the ability to monitor the activities of an extension (make an outbound call) with our "Events API". We could, for example, write a small application that resides in the notification area of your Windows computer and when the agent makes an outbound call, our application could perform the needed actions. It is custom development, but we can help if desired.
