Hi all
Scenario:
Our client has several trunks ( 3 companies ) on the system. Each company has a separate number and needs to call back with this number. There are 6 dect phone that all ring for every number.
In the outgoing rules, I work with a prefix to know that line needs to be taken for the call: "1*" identifies line 1 to call back. So the user needs to dial "1*0123 25 5450". That works fine.
Unfortunatly, the prefix needs to be entered manually.
Question:
Is there a way to add this prefix automaticly? So the idea would be to add "1*" to the number that is displayed on the dect phones => "1*0123 25 5450" insted of "0123 25 5450".
.To call back, the users just have to dial this number and system would take automaticly line 1 and dial the number "0123 25 5450"
Would a Source Pattern do something like that?
Thanks for info.
