Currently 3cx seems to have the web client and dialler window. The webclient works great to see the status of extensions and search etc. However you can't use it when you are on a call. If you are on an active call the only way to transfer is to search the extension by name or number in the search window.
It would be much better if you could either drag and drop the call or click on the extension in the web client window to transfer the call etc. This is available on other platforms and allows users to use the large graphical display to see the availability of sites or departments without having to search for a person or ext number.
