Adding 400 DID's

Im wanting to add 400 DID's but currently having to create them one at a time, is there a better way?

I suspect that you could export the trunk provider to see the format, then complete your DID list and import it.

You'll find those options under SIP Trunks.

Create one in DDI section, making sure it works.

Export it, and added the extra records for the remaining DDI's and import.

Click on the trunk that already exists, then the export option should show up.

I only have 1 trunk and it will not give me the export option.

I am using a Patton T1 Gateway

Patton is a gateway and will not give you option to be exported. Even if you were using a trunk the PBX only exports the configuration not the DIDs.
Currently the only way to mass import DIDs is to import them through Inbound rules. Create an Inbound rule and export that CSV. Then add your additional DIDs in the same format and import the file. The DIDs should be added automatically along with the inbound rules.

No.
Only in the inbound rules. Then they will be added automatically to the Sip Trunk.
