Adding area code

Every number I try to dial from my IP phone or Click2Call gets area code 513 prepended to it. If I make a call from my iPhone app this does not happen. I can not see anywhere in my outbound rules that would cause this behavior. I have reset the IP phone and still have the issue. A couple weeks ago this issue was not present and I have made no system changes since the.

Not sure exactly what is there, however if you go to Advance > E164 and disable that option, will it make a difference?

I do not have Advance anywhere. Here is what is in my event log:

Its makes a bit difficult to read here, you dont need to paste with so many spaced.
So error seems to show that the rule dont have your user in there.
You can try create a new rule, place it on the top, only add that user there and correct prefix.
