Adding Fax to 3CX Hosted v20 Instance?

Added a Grandstream HT802 on the previous version of 3CX, and now that it's running on version 20, I cannot figure out how to add a new HT802 for a fax machine.

The first one I added is still in the console, but its status color shows red, and the only option is to Delete (Edit is greyed out).

Anyone have a solution or link to documentation to address this in v20?

In the Voice & Chat section, you should have a "+ Add DECT / FXS" button at the top of the page.


If you don't see that, make sure that you are on the latest update ( latest version is 20.0.0.1620) as this was added on RC3.
