Hi all,

Is it possible to add this device to the 3CX hosted in the cloud via VPN?
Our original plan is to have an on-premise 3CX and bridge it to our current 3CX in the cloud. Then add the Grandstream to our on-premise server.

But if it's possible to directly connect the gateway to our cloud in some way, it would help us not to add another 3CX and maintain that server.

Yes absolutely, you just need to use a software firewall on the edge of your hosted instance, we do this all the time (with Pattons not Grandstream) via software IPSec VPN LAN to LAN.

Just be careful you select a hosted partner who can facilitate this.

Hi Sir, what we have is a pfsense firewall and our cloud is hosted in Azure? Do you think it's possible?
And is there any existing tutorial or documentation for this?

no I doubt there will be a document for this as I guess there are too many vendors involved, perhaps you can piece together a PfSense VPN setup with..... what firewall do you have onsite ?

our onsite firewall is PfSense
