Solved Adding new phone using Stun - Not showing in phones list

Afternoon all - I must be missing something obvious here, hoping someone can point me in the right direction?

I've added a couple of handsets via stun which seems to have worked okay - but they don't show up in the list of phones in the 3CX admin console?

What am I missing?

What model of phone,

Please explain the steps you have done, you should do the following

Create a new phone using stun as provisioning method along with the mac address of the phone
Login the phone web front end, and paste the provisioning url into the phone to provision the phone.

You also need to untick 'Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked)' under Options for extension.

Check your blacklist to see if it has not blacklisted.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply... It's a Fanvil X3S handset that I'm provisioning...

I do believe that I have been a bit of a pratt... the tickey box "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN" was still ticked our IP was blacklisted.

Thanks for pointing me in the obvious direction - we're all sorted now
