When trying to schedule an audio only conference I can't add participants using the telephone number. It returns the error "The e-mail address you entered is invalid". Any ideas?

You can only use email address

OK. The text in the Add Participants box is a bit confusing then. It says: "Email, Number or select contact".

Extension number, and only if there is an email address listed.

Well, the feature worked correctly until the latest update. Quite frankly, we have a need to use phone numbers when creating a conference NOW rather than later.

My colleague and I found a work around this. My colleague had a version before the latest update came down. If you toggle over to the radio button next to Video and then back over to Audio only you then can enter in a phone number or extension in the participant box. I never use this feature, but my customers opened ticket with me to look at it and we found the fix.

Hi @gareth-uk

The intended behavior is to not allow numbers to be added, unless you enable this option in Settings > Conference > Audio. Once this option is enabled you can add numbers.

The workaround Daniel reported was actually an oversight, so this will be patched out.

If you wish to be able to add direct numbers, you need to enable the option I mentioned above.
