Our Admin console is a 3cx.us domain FQDN. This was established by a previous administrator and little documentation was provided as to how it was setup or how it can be modified. Currently, when entering the URL into any browser, the message This Site Can't be Reached is returned. I do not know who to contact to see if the site is down or what is causing this result. Any pointers anyone can provide would be appreciated. I have read through the online documentation and come up empty handed. The IP Address returned when I do an nslookup is an AWS IP address.
