For systems that I am currently able to access via admin console, will i lose that access in any of the upcoming Firmware releases? Or, will I still be able to access those 50+ systems via the admin console instead of the webclient?

Hi,

The management console will continue to work.

Going forward, some of the settings will be migrated to the Webclient Admin, like example the new group management options, and router phones. During the transition you will need both.

Thank you for the reply. Should i make a plan for it to go away completely everntually? I ask this, as i have login info saved in a password manager for the Admin Conole for each machine; but NOT webclient. i just want to be ready and not surpised,

The transition has already started (with V18 Update 6), and you already need both today ie. for adding router phones, managing group routing, adding FaceBook integration, and Live Chat.

So now would be an excellent time to get started with creating an extension with System Owner rights on all your managed systems, and saving your credentials for current and for future use.
