I'm trying to log into a 3CX Management Console but getting the following message: Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator. I've tried from multiple computers and multiple locations so I don't believe it is a case of the console blacklisting and IP address unless it has gone through and blacklisted everything.
I thought maybe the admin credentials I had to hand were incorrect, but I have pulled the back form the instance and they match what is in the XML file so I don't think they are incorrect either. I have ssh access to the server which is working fine.
Is there anyway for me to reset the credentials from the command line? Any help would be appreciated I really don't want to have to restore this from a backup and even if I do I believe the issue may be inherent in the backup.
The other thing I have tried is to perform a password reset, but those are not coming through. We use SMTP2GO and I can see it is not even initiating a send through there so this seems to be broken as well.
Any suggestions would be apreciated.
