Hello,

As far as I can remember, I had no System Admin account or if I had, I forgot the email address. Always used Admin account to log in. But, admin account has been disabled. I can't get into the Admin Console. Is there any way from the Debian Root to gain access ??

Regards.

Are you in V18 or V20?

For sure the V18 will not allow you to proceed if a System Owner is not assigned.
In the blog post here it is also mentioned what you need to ensure before upgrading to V20.
At the moment you can check your backup for the assigned system owner extension in order to reset and proceed.

This is not possible as the credentials are hashed can cannot be retrieved from SSH.

Is it possible to issue a password reset for the System Admin account also ? Or, that's not possible also ?

In V20 the admin is no longer available as you only can access the PBX with the System Owner extension.
This is also mentioned in the blog post that was provided in previous reply.
