Advanced Certification

Hi Everyone,

I attempted 3CX basic test last month and successfully and got certified, now I want to take advanced certification test but portal is showing intermediate test. Do I have to attempt intermediate too or shoould I wait for advanced certification test to appear in my portal?

Basic->Intermediate->Advanced.. Thats the way

It seems to me 3CX said it was now no more intermediate step in between and after basic you normally get Advanced only but the portal is probably not already up to date with that.

So you have to wait a little more to do the advanced test

There was a partner (only) forum thread about this a few weeks ago, https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...-academy-broken-intermediate-training.120538/. So I guess they're still working on removing the actual Intermediate test.

So, after those days. What are they doing? We still don't have intermediate course to prepare for intermediate test and we still have this test. Isn't it logic to delete first this test wall and after that delete the course or mark it as optional? This wouldn't be problem if not 30 days wait after failing a fully automatic test
