Is there a way to do call routing based upon hours

ie.
5AM to 7:30AM -> Afterhours RingGroup
7:30AM -> 4:30PM -> Reception Queue
4:30PM -> 7:30 PM -> Afterhours Ring Group
otherwise extension voicemail.

I have found the Time Based Call Routing Script in the Integrations->Call Scripts <Add from Store>

When I was using Elastix before 3CX bought them, there was TimeCondtions, but I don't see anything in the UI for this.

Thanks
Joe

Yes, this can be solved with a call routing script or a CFD App, but it might be easier with 3CX's built-in tools. There are several options.

If this is only for one DID, you can also use a department with its business and break times. The department receives the calls and, based on these times, routes them to three different destinations: business hours from 5:00 AM to 7:30 PM with the afterhours ringgroup destination, break times from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with the reception queue destination, and outside of business hours with the extension voicemail destination.

You can also use a dummy extension (without an active registration and device and maybe with its own business hours) which changes its status based on its own business and break times for this purpose. A further dummy extension is then created for each additional DID. This has the small advantage that if all these dummy extensions belong to a single department and this department uses holiday settings and announcements, these settings only need to be configured in that one department.

You can imagine such a department, or even a dummy extension, as a switch that switches one out of three. For more complex time settings you can also connect several in series. We already used dummy extensions in this way in 3CX v18.

the department office hours and break hours seems to be working on my test calls.

Thanks for the help!
