after 1 minute conettion to voip provider is down

after registration in voip provider every think is ok, but 1 minute later connection i down a my public number don't work, but I can coll out side.

what is the risen?

Hi,

I've got two voip numbers with my ISP (xs4all.nl). Got same sympthoms. I've found that it had to do with port forwarding from outside interface to 3cx server.

If you've got the possiblity, try to enable logging on your firewall and see if packages are dropped (udp/tcp). You'll probably see 5000-10000 connections dropped when dialing the number from the outside.

I think opening up the ports will solve part of the problem. (I am still not in the blue).
