After hours announcement only option.

I am used to using FreePBX / Elastix where you can do an after hours announcement only and then the call is dropped, I find that most doctors surgery's want this option as they need people to call a hospital or an after hours service rather than leaving a message, it could also have legal issues if the doctor didn't call back.

So how do I do an after hours announcement only in 3CX 15.5 ?

Create a digital receptionist.
No numeric options configured except to end the call after x seconds (use 1 for example) so after the announcement is made, the call ends.
