Please provide some more information on the 1st part (Type/size of license? Has it expired or reverted to standard? Click on license from the management console and refresh to see the current standing of the key). Let me know if you need any assistance with your license in case there are issues and we can check via PM.

SSH login is part of the Linux operating system authentication, not the PBX. As such, you will need to find a way to connect locally and troubleshoot from there.

Note: Version 16 is currently labelled in BETA and not recommended or supported as a main production system.
