My problem is the registration by the VoIP Provider (1und1). After one hour I have no incoming calls (no log). Outgoing are ok. When I the lines also register inoming calls ok. I miss in "Edit VoIP Provider" the field "Specify the expiry period for Registrations."
I´m testing this in the free edition!

Hardware: Fritz Box 7170 (only ADSL2+ Modem)
Gateway / Router: KraftCom Hotel Managment

Sorry for my english... (I come from German)

hello Jensnb,
I am using a similar configuration of hardware. I am a german too. Is it possible, that you running the 3cx-Server on Port 5060? You can justify this port under "General Settings" -> "ports configuration" -> SIP-Ports. If you are using a "Fritz!Box" this port is used, also if the Fritz!Box is not set for VOIP. When I justified the Port of 3cx Server to another one like 5065 my Server was still accessible 3 or more hours ago.
Trough this configuration it was possible for me to run the Fritz!box and 3CX-Server coexistent.

Is it possible to configure "Fritz!Box" to use another port that is not 5060? (it will be another solution for the same problem)

Thanks

To be honest you give us not so many information.

What is the 3CX version you use
Was ist die 3CX Version welcher du benutzt.

What is the use of the fritzbox only modem or also as voip

In my house, Fritzbox and 3CX work together without changing port 5060

Otherwise give me a call, see the german sipgate number
Du kannst mich immer anrufen fuer AUsknuefte, siehe mein sipgate nummer unten.

I think that Fritzbox is not really good when combined with something else behind it. I use my Fritzbox only as a switch and some extensions run through that (so as ATA) Maybe stupid question, but why do you use the gateway? Fritzbox has possibillies enough or you want real LAN Sipphones working on this. I think it is in the combination from the two where it goes wrong.
I would suggest try a different modem or keep that gateway out when it' s possible. You know the firmware developers for Fritzbox are very creative. Ever tried to unblock the 5060 port through telnet? Take a look at forum: http://www.ip-phone-forum.de/cmps_index.php

The gateway I used for PPPOE Registry and for Cable Modem- Adapter,
behind 1 SIP Phones and 2 Softphones for testing,
I miss an Entree in "Lines - Edit VOIP Provider -Registration Settings":
Specify the expiry period for Registrations, I can take this in the SIP phone but not in the 3CX Software - Why?
