After upgrade from last newest version 18.x to version 20.x the webadmin access for 3CX administration doesn't work

V20 does not have a web interface anymore as in the management page.
Or do you get an error in the webclient?

If yes, after also this access repeating reconnection but without connect.
The console access as root user on the vmware working right also by customized password

You need to login with systemowner credentials not the old admin or root login.

You need to set the password by yourself...Did you set the account as systemowner without configuring the account?

What are you talking about? This is 3cx not vmware. Maybe the best way is to have a look for a partner in your area that will help you.

You didn't understand me, my labdemo system 3CX is installed on the our vmware ESXi.
The console I mean root access to my labdemo 3CX system.
If you said me that admin access for web administration isn't possible on the upgraded version 3CX from 18.x to 20.x and
requesting a new account systemowner, after my task is as : create a new account to 3CX system for administratioin under root access on the 3CX console ?

No, you did it allready before upgrade. An upgrade to v20 isnt possible without systemowner account. you can try to reset the passwort to get access again.

An upgrade isnt possible without systemowner account. So there is allready an account you made to systemowner. You need the email address and the password. Also if you get an error 502 there as lot more not ok on your 3cx. Ask your partner or have a look for an partner that will help you.

You can try this if you want, but for me it looks like you need some help with 3cx.
