Hi,

When i add all my 1800 contacts in the 3cx phonebook.. how secure is this? so when a client is calling the ai knows the client.

not that its forwarding calls to other customers or something

Can you clarify what specific security concerns you have?

The AI agents themselves add quite little additional concern. The relevant scenarios are along the lines of - If contact "John Smith" calls you, the name needs to make it to OpenAI so it can be voiced for the greeting.

The number for name feature does not use any AI just matches number to name. No AI required for that
