Solved AI Receptionist – Automatic email sending with a summary of each call

Hello,

I would like to set up an AI receptionist for one of our clients during a holiday period.

The goal is for the AI to answer all incoming calls, gather the necessary information from the caller (reason for the call, contact details, urgency level, etc.), and then automatically send an email to the relevant people at the end of each call.

Ideally, this email would contain:

• call details (date, time, duration, number, name if available);
• the AI-generated summary;
• the full conversation transcript;
• optionally, sentiment analysis and/or a link to the call recording.

I know that 3CX is already capable of sending emails containing transcripts in certain call screening scenarios.
I was wondering if there is currently a way to achieve this same functionality for all calls handled by an AI Receptionist, without having to develop an external solution.

Has anyone implemented this type of setup or found a solution (native or via API)?

I initially thought that the Call Screening section was only related to spam or unwanted call filtering, so I assumed the email notification would only be sent for those scenarios.

I tested it with an AI Personal Assistant, and it works exactly as I was looking for. I receive an email after each completed call with the summary and transcript.
