The initial setup is fairly straightforward. Simply assign the DID to the AI Receptionist, and any calls to that DID will be answered by the AI.
Regarding recording the call and sending or processing the transcription, this part requires a custom implementation on your side. The PBX stores the transcription, and it can be viewed from the Admin Console. However, if you want to automatically save it elsewhere, send it by email, or integrate it with another system, you'll need to implement that workflow yourself.
There isn't a step-by-step guide for this specific scenario because every implementation is different. Depending on your requirements, there are multiple ways and tools you can use to achieve this.
As for the AI Receptionist itself, please refer to the documentation I shared earlier (
