Ai Receptionist - Transfer to External Number out a SIP Trunk?

Hi there. I am playing around with the Ai Receptionist. Great tool by the way. Question, would this be a good request to be able to transfer out to an external number? I am in the "Add Topic" destination under Call Routing and it seems from here the Ai receptionist can only currently transfer to numbers within 3cx. We have certain instances where we need to transfer to an external number. You see this as a possibility? Like maybe "External Destination" flag and then the phone number. Then system would use the existing rules for the outbound xfer call? Thanks in advance.

This is not a direct feature at this time. Allowing AI tools to make actions that could have cost is something that needs to be considered and developed very carefully.

Makes sense. I would agree. For our particular case it is not leaving our network, call is just going to our SBC and another system within our network. Thanks.

Maybe send the call to a "dummy" extension that forwards all its calls outbound? Keep in mind the security implications mentioned by @KyriacosS_3CX ...
