There are no Albanian system prompts currently. I'll leave this thread open in case another partner has run into a similar need and has found / made them.

If you have no luck, and you'd like to make your own prompts, this is possible. You can follow this guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/localize-promptsets/

The scripts are visible between " " such as "Access denied". Refusing intonation.
