All calls to my number go directly to voicemail without ringing. Where can I find the logs to troubleshoot this?

All calls, external or internal go directly to voicemail. My phone never rings. If I hit star, it begins to go to the number, in that I hear music for 1 second, then it goes back to voicemail.
I have the SIP trunk info inside of a QSYS VoIP core110f where I can make a call out with no problem. Just cannot call into the number.
In the forum, troubleshooting always begins with a log, but the directions do not seem to include the Startup page. I cannot find it.

What is the configured routing for this Sip Trunk?
When you make the test call, are there registered/active endpoints?

What is the configured routing for this Sip Trunk?

Type: Trunk Skyetel
Information: +<my phone number>
Route to:User <444XX> <my name> = I mean my user number and my name

Opening the Routing sends me to Office Hours
Send calls and messages to User <444XX><my name>

I have set all of the option to the same so as not to have the office hours interfere with testing
When you make the test call, are there registered/active endpoints?
How can I find what the endpoints are?

Should I put a DID into the Ring Group?

I want the phone to ring and have the option of putting in a code to open up an IVR inside of my QSYS core.

It turns out I never set any office hours, so that it went to voicemail as the default when the office is closed. The software does not assign any open time for the office until the user does.
I can now get the digital receptionist and steer my calls.

Glad to know that the issue is resolved. Indeed the Office hours are required in order to bee able and route calls.
