I'm having an issue with my 3CX server where all calls incoming from the SIP trunk are forwarding to my "Main IVR"

My trunk provider has given me 10 numbers to play with. The main trunk telephone being number ending in 99. I have attached this to a Digital Receptionist called "Main IVR" so any incoming calls to the main phoner number go to the main IVR.

I have assigned another DDI to a ring group called "Operations". Telephone number ending in 78. This group has in internal extension number of 4000. When i call the DDI for the Operations group from my mobile its going directly to the Main IVR. The group is alive, one of the groups phones is beside me in the office and it rings fine for internal calls. It doesn't report as being out of office or away. When i set the groups settings for "Destination if no answer" to "End Call" it doesn't end the call, it just keeps going to the Main IRV menu.

We've seen the described behavior occur when the DID configuration in the PBX does not match the DID sent in the "To" SIP field of the INVITE from the SIP provider to the PBX. In this case the PBX will route the calls to the "catch all" destination which is essentially the main trunk number. You can verify if there is a difference in the DID's as explained, by capturing an inbound call and comparing the number formats.
