Hi Guys.
We have a new 3cx deployment hosted in the Azure cloud - version 18m build 2 (build 307)
Has anyone encountered wherein all external calls will drop? This occurs randomly regardless of time and number of calls.
One thing I did notice is that when it drops, some calls are attempting to get in the queue but cant. In 15 seconds, calls will resume normally.
I have narrowed it down to external calls only. Have raised a case with our trunk provider, but they say it is a pbx issue.
We have checked the network - no drops , server - no issues , and the 3cx event logs, and cannot see any errors, hardware is way above specs. Firewall checks are all clean.
Raised a support ticket with 3cx and understandably they will ask for a packet capture. This would be very difficult as it only occurs once or twice a day on a live system. Is there anything else to check.
