Solved All outgoing external calls fail - [Flow] Target endpoint for xxx can not be built!

I am using Twilio's Elastic SIP Trunking with 3CX and have followed the setup guide to the letter.
All internal calls, as well as external incoming calls work fine, however for outgoing calls all attempts cause just one log entry -

[Flow] Target endpoint for xxxxxxxxxxx can not be built!

This applies to all extensions on all phone types. Twilio's logs show no record of any attempt to hit their servers.
I have an outgoing rule to change the standard UK number format (0xxxx xxx xxx) to Twilio's required +44xxxx xxx xxx format


and Outbound Caller ID is set on the SIP Trunk.

I am at a complete loss here - any help is greatly appreciated

With the leading zero, your dialed numbers are 11 digits long, not 10. Try amending the digit length, in your rule.
