Allow access to 3CX Management Console

When I set up 300+ extensions, I allowed everyone access to the management console. Their IT dept wants me to change it. Is there a way to do that in bulk or do I have to 1 ext at a time?

Note, the below method would work for it if you deleted all of the existing extensions before importing, also note that the forwarding rules would be killed in the process.

No, you can export the entire list of extensions by selecting all and exporting. It will create a .csv which you can import into excel / sheets. There is a field called ManagementAccess. It takes values from 0 - 3.

• 0 = disabled
• 1 = Manage own extension
• 2 = Manage extensions in groups you are part of
• 3 = Manage all extensions

You can mass edit the extensions to 0, then import them. It should now disable all of their management console access.

If you don't wish to use the above method, it'll be one by one.
