Hi All,

Apologies if this has been addressed, I could not find a specific post and the requests to us are growing.

We manage 3cx systems for many customers, however, some of our customers want to integrate M365 for calendar/presence etc (not direct routing at this stage). The issue we have, is, the customers admin user does not see the M365 integration option to do this in their settings. We however, as system owners, do see it.

They will not provide M365 tenant access as its a security issue for them in their industry (which we understand).

My question is, with multiple customers asking/requiring this, can access can be given for customers to do this themselves? The "wizard" that is used, directly opens up a pop up in order to link M365 tenant on authorisation, so we want to allow them to do this themselves.

Kind thanks
Lou

My question is, with multiple customers asking/requiring this, can access can be given for resellers/customers to do this themselves? The "wizard" that is used, directly opens up a pop up in order to link M365 tenant on authorisation, so we want to allow them to do this themselves.

We do not want to give them system owner (even if briefly). Yet we will not be provided access to their Tenants so this in an impasse.

Kind thanks
Lou
Why not just do a remote session with the client and walk them through the process each putting in their appropriate information within the session, we have done this with a few clients?
