Currently (v20 u4), calls can only be picked up when the right groups "Show my calls" and "Calls" is enabled.
Suggestion:
Allow "Blind pick-ups" without "show my calls" and "calls" enabled
Background:
Due to privacy reasons our works council doesn't allow the caller number been shown to colleagues.
But until 3CX v20 it was common that if there is an incoming call for a person currently not beeing at desk, the colleagues pick up the call.
Unfortunately in 3CX v20 this isn't possible any more.
