Allow extension administrator to delete extension number

Hi;

I grant the privilege to an extension owner (Admin Dept user) who can create, edit extension number on 3CX system, however; I cannot see the "Delete" extension button enable for this account. Is there anyway to let the Admin Dept user do Create/Edit/Delete on extension? Or it must be done with Administrator account.

That is correct, an extension provided with the Manage All or Group extension rights can only add and edit extensions, there will be no option to delete extensions. To provide a user with the capability to delete extensions, you will have to provide the "General System Administration" right under "System Management". However, do note that this will give the extension almost full control over the 3CX PBX as well.

Will 3CX consider to have this feature in next version, that will help to delegate some basic function to the first level administrator.
