Now the webclient is the preferred client and it has the user photos in the default view it would be nice if the user photos could be added in admin GUI, currently only users seem to have the option.

I have already some Clients with this request...

Perhaps have the ability to pull it from O365. I'm not sure if that's a supported feature of O365, but I would suspect it is if I wagered a guess.

+1 Big need in our environment.

Yes please.

AD integration wld be great, or just folder in 3CX which pulls image based on matching image title to ext no. Eg/ 1000.jpg/png would automatically map to ext 1000.

+1 new to 3CX but seems like a pretty basic function. thx

after 1 year and 4 months +1

This was available in the Allworx Administrator GUI for the past couple of years, and Yes - having control of this in 3CX (with an option to keep end users from putting their own pictures in place) would be a good idea.

Bumping thread.
Any word of this critical addition showing up in the next release?

I agree with what everyone is saying here. As long as there is a way to do this as a bulk import as well. When working with the customer this could be part of the information gathering stage. If we had the ability to import photos based on name or even to upload them to a directory that is part of the instance we could have them named something like [extnumber]_profile_photo.png. Also set them with size constraints so we can bulk edit the photos and resize and crop them. So as long as that photo would be a 160x160 image it would work or what ever size is determined. Maybe even add this as an option for an import sheet as a 1 or 0 to define that a profile photo exists. 1 could mean user defined photo that exists in the directory or 0 to use system defined photo.
