How can one disable this option for users, as users can freely opt out of call recording which should not be. please kindly assist. @edossantos Thank you very much.

Hi @Ayomide,

If the license is upgraded to an Enterprise license, the greyed out checkbox will be accessible to be unchecked. Once unchecked, it will stay unchecked if the license is later downgraded.
