Allow users to start and stop recording (PRO License)

Hello,

We had an Enterprise license and we switched to Professional and now all our agents can stop and start recording, and the check box is dimmed we cant change,
is there any way to not allowing users to stop the recording ? because it does not make sense it is supposed to be a basic feature not related to what kind of license we have.

IIRC the Enterprise feature is that you can disable that ability, not that it adds that ability.
