Hi,

Is there a way to provide access to certain extension to make calls to particular countries even if the countries are not enabled under,
Settings > Security > Allowed Country Codes

Is there a way to go about implementing the scenario where only a few extension are able to call certain countries and other extensions shouldn't be able to make the calls to these countries?

Thank you.

If you disable calls under 'Allowed Country Codes' this will affect all extension, and they is no way round allowing certain extensions to call these country.

The way you can do this

Enabled the calls to the country.

Create one outbound rule to block calls from the extension you want to block.

Enter 'Calls to numbers starting with' - number to call country i.e. 0044, 001 (this will be the international access code plus country code'
Enter 'Calls from extension' - you can add multiply extensions by entering 101,102,103 or range of extensions 100-110.
Route - will be block calls.

Make sure this route is near the top, and outbound rules are processed from the top to bottom.

Just to add you can do this per extension or based on extension group if it's easier to manage that way.
