Hi,
I have a list of 3 countries to which calls should be allowed, but the rest should be clocked.
If the call is set to dial out using 00<country-code> - and the call is not in the allowed list, the call is still forwarded to the trunk.
If the call starts without 00, then the rules apply and gets blocked by the country restriction.
I need all users to use 00<country-code> when dialing international codes and want to block them to a limited set of countries. How can i correct this functionality?
I also have E164 processing enabled as follows:
Country Set
Remove if Same country Ticked
International Dial Code: 00
National Code: 0
Anyone else having he same issue?
Thanks!
