Allowed Country for MD

The MD of a company wishes to call two countries but not allow any other users to call abroad is this possible ?

What's MD ?
yes, create outbound rule based on only one extension, you can also create a dedicated prefix only one person know with also rights to international calls on destinations you allow

As above, create outbound rules based on the MD extension to allow international calls to the required counties by check the prefix on the number dialled

Create a rule below the MD rule to detect prefix of international calls and action will be block.
