Hi, I have a problem.

I integrate amocrm with 3cx linke your manual https://www.3cx.com/docs/amocrm-pbx-integration/ when I receive a call the browser open the lead on amocrm it is great! the problem is that inbound and outbound register, I know it is only a "NOTE in amocrm" but not doens´t appear in amocrm. (I send you text below but I just replace with XXXX the confidential information)

Pelasehow can I solve this? thanks.

I see the log and I have this:

I'd say this is the issue. Try contacting amocrm to get more details on that error code and that will let you know what you need to do to log the call correctly.

Hi, thanks, but when I try first to integrate I had a problem because I put url ith extra "/" and I had a similar message: "contact amocrmsupport", I did it and they told me it was a problem with 3cx configuration, and It was, I just erase "/" and it works. I try to contact for this problem and again tell me the same something in 3cx. It is why I am asking here.

Maybe another Idea?

According to this page:
https://www.amocrm.com/developers/content/api/errors/

The error code 232 means:
Adding events: The item ID or item type is empty or not valid

which makes sense because the JSON being sent in the request is the following:
JSON:
{"request":{"notes":{"add":[{"element_id":"","element_type":"","note_type":"4","text":"7/15/2021 11:34 PM: Answered incoming call from XXXXXXX to XXX (00:10)"}]}}}

As you can see the element_id and element_type are empty.

Checking the template, those items are obtained during contact lookup. But as the values are empty, I'm guessing that the response has missing some fields.... Can you paste here the part of the log with the contact lookup response?

Hi, maybe any Suggestion or solution about this? thanks

From the logs, it seems the problem is that the number actually dialed is not the number you get from the CRM. From the CRM you get:
2021/07/17 10:51:47.468|27308|0085|Verb| 'PhoneBusiness' = '+593999999999'

But during Call Journaling, the number is different:
2021/07/17 10:52:09.864|27308|0085|Verb|CRM: Call Journaling event received, searching for number '0999999999' in 3CX Contacts.

You should send the entire number, including country code, to your SIP Trunk. If this is not possible, you should store the number in your CRM with the same format you're dialing out.
